First Communion

For First Reconciliation and First Communion please see the letter below (click on the PDF document) here:

Please follow the steps below.

1) Print off the registration for and complete it by filling out the document (neatly and legibly)

2) Attach a photocopy of your child's Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate

3) Enclose a cheque of $60 made payable to "St. Alphonsus Church"

3) Mail the registration form to the parish at:
